Class Descriptions

Power Ride

Our high-intensity spin class that blends heavy resistance climbs with fast-paced sprints. This spin class is built to challenge your strength, stamina, and speed, helping you power through tough intervals and push past your limits. Expect steep hills, strong pedal strokes, and quick bursts that elevate your heart rate. It's a dynamic ride that leaves you feeling powerful and accomplished.

Align Barre

Our barre class combines elements of ballet, pilates, and yoga, designed to define your body while enhancing flexibility and core stability. You will find yourself in a supportive and invigorating environment as our instructors guide you through a series of low-impact, high-energy movements. Using the ballet barre as your primary tool, you'll engage major muscle groups while performing exercises that build endurance and balance. Get ready to feel your muscles shake!

Align Barre Sculpt

Our Align Barre Sculpt class blends classic barre moves with strength work for a full-body burn. Using heavier dumbbells, you’ll move through controlled reps and dynamic sequences that fire up your arms, core, glutes, and legs. Think slow, strong, and super intentional— still getting that signature barre shake, just with a little extra power behind it. Expect to leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and proud of the work you put in.

Align Yoga

Move through a series of dynamic vinyasa sequences in our classic Yoga class. You'll synchronize your breath with your movements, promoting mindfulness and enhancing your overall well-being. Each pose is crafted to build strength, increase flexibility, and open up the flow of energy throughout your body. Our experienced instructors will provide personalized cues to ensure everyone feels supported and challenged according to their ability.

BarreFlow

Our BarreFlow class blends traditional barre technique with fluid, full-body movement for a low-impact yet powerful workout. Move through precise isometric exercises, dynamic flow sequences, and deep core engagement— all while keeping a comfortable pace that is adaptable to all fitness levels.

Align Floor Pilates

Our Floor-Pilates class is designed to redefine your connection with both body and mind. Designed for all fitness levels, this class invites you to strengthen, lengthen, and harmonize your whole being without the distraction of machines or complex equipment. Our instructors will guide you through carefully crafted exercises that focus on core stability, flexibility, and overall body alignment.  Each class incorporates a variety of techniques such as synchronized breathing, balance work, and resistance training using small props, making every session unique and adaptable to your individual needs.

Fire & flow Yoga

A heated power vinyasa practice designed to build inner heat, strengthen the body, and steady the mind. You'll move through intentional sequences, energizing transitions, and heat-building holds, all guided with clear cues to support your breath and alignment. This class offers modifications and variations for all levels and abilities, encouraging students to honor their bodies, move at their own pace, and choose the expressions of each posture that feel most supportive. Expect to sweat, expand, and leave feeling grounded, clear, and deeply renewed.

Expect a slow, steady flow that prioritizes precision over intensity, making it ideal for all levels—whether you're refining your practice or just starting out. Align Ride

Under the guidance of our instructors, you'll engage in a challenging yet exhilarating spin ride that targets your legs, core, and cardiovascular system. Incorporating upper body movements and light arm weights to sculpt your arms as you ride, you get a full-body workout that is engaging and empowering. Our carefully crafted playlists will keep you motivated and moving, as you take on sprints, climbs, and endurance intervals designed to push you out of your comfort zone.

Align Spin x Barrelates

A fusion of our signature Align Ride and Barrelates class! Start with a high-energy 25-minute spin session focused on intervals, climbs, and sprints to elevate your heart rate. Transition to a 25-minute Align Barrelates session for full-body exercises to tone and strengthen your whole body!

Align Barrelates

Align Barrelates is a fusion of Barre and Pilates that blends the precision and core focus of Pilates with the sculpting and posture-enhancing elements of barre. Expect a low-impact, high-burn workout that targets every muscle group through small, controlled movements, light resistance, and isometric holds. Ideal for all fitness levels, this class will help improve flexibility, balance, and overall body alignment.

Align Sculpt

Our Align Sculpt class is a fusion of strength, endurance, and cardio. Designed to tone and burn every muscle group, this class combines classic floor pilates and high-intensity strength training exercises with hand weights for an elevated full-body workout. Expect fast-paced, yet controlled movements to build core strength and stability. Our Align Sculpt class is designed for all fitness levels; focused on making you feel motivated, stronger, and aligned with your fitness goals.

Sacred Surrender Yoga

A slow, restorative experience designed to quiet the mind and soften the body. This class begins with grounding breathwork or meditation to help release the day and return to your center. Gentle, supported movement guides you into deeper states of stillness, inviting your nervous system to rest and recalibrate.

Recovery Ride

Our low-intensity spin class is designed to promote active recovery. This ride focuses on light resistance, steady pacing, and fluid movement to increase blood flow, reduce muscle soreness, and improve mobility without overexertion. Perfect for riders of all levels, especially those recovering from intense workouts or just getting back into a fitness routine.

Class Attire

Wellness

We ask that members wear pants or fitted shorts to all wellness classes. A yoga mat will be offered to you, however, you can always bring your own. To prevent slips and enhance your performance, grip socks are mandatory for all wellness classes.

Spin

For maximum comfort, we suggest all members wear longer shorts, tight pants or capris. Please refrain from wearing loose pants. Spin shoes are provided, socks are mandatory.

Be sure to bring plenty of water, and a sweat towel to all hot classes!
