Class Descriptions

Barre

Our barre class combines elements of ballet, pilates, and yoga, designed to define your body while enhancing flexibility and core stability. You will find yourself in a supportive and invigorating environment as our instructors guide you through a series of low-impact, high-energy movements. Using the ballet barre as your primary tool, you'll engage major muscle groups while performing exercises that build endurance and balance.

Yoga

Move through a series of dynamic vinyasa sequences in our classic Yoga class. You'll synchronize your breath with your movements, promoting mindfulness and enhancing your overall well-being. Each pose is crafted to build strength, increase flexibility, and open up the flow of energy throughout your body. Our experienced instructors will provide personalized cues to ensure everyone feels supported and challenged according to their ability.

Floor Pilates

Our Floor-Pilates class is designed to redefine your connection with both body and mind. Designed for all fitness levels, this class invites you to strengthen, lengthen, and harmonize your whole being without the distraction of machines or complex equipment. Our instructors will guide you through carefully crafted exercises that focus on core stability, flexibility, and overall body alignment.  Each class incorporates a variety of techniques such as synchronized breathing, balance work, and resistance training using small props, making every session unique and adaptable to your individual needs

Spin

Under the guidance of our instructors, you'll engage in a challenging yet exhilarating journey that targets your legs, core, and cardiovascular system. Our carefully crafted playlists will keep you motivated and moving, as you take on sprints, climbs, and endurance intervals designed to push you out of your comfort zone. Our instructors will provide feedback and encouragement throughout the class, helping you refine your technique and maximize your workout. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with fellow riders, fostering a sense of community and accountability

Class Attire

Wellness

We ask that members wear pants to all wellness classes. A yoga mat will be offered to you, however, you can always bring your own. To prevent slips and enhance your performance, grip socks are mandatory for all wellness classes.

Spin

For maximum comfort, we suggest all members wear longer shorts, tight pants or capris. Please refrain from wearing loose pants. Spin shoes are provided, socks are mandatory.
